The combination of plate and intramedullary nailing has been established as the treatment proximal tibial fractures. Nevertheless, at distal end tibia, application plate-assisted is rarely applied a therapeutic technique. authors provide technical note on use reduction plating technique for nail insertion management tibia fractures.
